Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and finance-related duties. You will support our business growth and accounting team by preparing invoices, processing transactions, preparing monthly budgets as well as performing financial analysis. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting & finance knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
Update, maintain and book keeping the accounting database with data entry and reports
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assist with strategic financial planning
Create and adhere to budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs
Analyze financial information for trends and errors
Responsible for sales accounts receivable and accounts payable
Review and implement financial policies
Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisition due diligence with subsequent processes
Manage annual financial audit and liaise with external auditors
Any other ad hoc accounts or administrative duties
Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study
1-3 years of experience working in Accounting or Finance
