Job Descriptions

We are open for hiring Project Sales executive that will responsible to coordinate and communicate with customer on the enquiries and ensure the smoothness of the project completion.

They also need to identify customer needs, and recommend products and services that meet customer needs.




Roles & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Sales Director

  • Follow up on assigned leads and prospects through various channels, text, email, cold calls and make sales presentations

  • Work on price proposals and tenders for direct projects.

  • Responsible to handle the full tender process in a timely manner from samples viewing and mock-ups to submission of tender documents and attend tender interviews.

  • Follow up on changes in specifications and revisions of pricing.

  • Project coordination upon securing of projects.

  • Attend regular contractors’ site meetings for each direct project, which is part of the project obligation and resolve any site issues that arise.

  • Respond promptly to all IP calls for meetings, presentations, samples, specifications work from architects and developers.

  • Answer in-coming calls on sales enquiries from project customers.

  • Maintain and build good business relationships with project customers like developers, architects, interior designers and main contractors.

  • Review contracts for supply of products, coordinate performance bonds with Accounting department.

  • Coordinate with Projects Operations to prepare and submit progress claims to meet the customer’s deadlines and coordinate with Accounting department.

  • Prepare projects sales forecasts.

  • Responsible to quote on time to dealers for their projects as and when requested.

  • Support company events as required

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  • Diploma, Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant discipline

  • Possess 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.

  • Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English

  • Computer literate, MS Office, Google Sheet.

  • Fast learner and passion for sales

  • Self-motivated, initiative, independent with good interpersonal skills.

  • Goals driven and hands-on in executing key measures

  • Good interpersonal skill and high level of reliability and personal integrity

  • Experience in the building material, design or build industry will be an added advantage
